2. How do I start using Conferencing Now?

sign up online and receive your free account instantly and start holding meetings
right way. This is a free service to use anytime, not a free trial or limited time offer.
3. How do I host an online meeting?
Once you’ve signed up and downloaded the Conferencing Now application, you can sign in with your login information (username and
password) then invite guests by phone, email or IM.
4. How do guests join my online meeting?
To join a meeting online by email simply click on the link supplied in the email and follow the join in process. If you received a Meeting
ID, visit us at
www.ConferencingNow.com and click on Join Meeting, follow the prompt to enter your information
and Meeting ID. You will be brought directly into the meeting related to that unique Meeting ID.
5. Can Mac users join a meeting?
Currently, Conferencing Now is only Windows compatible.
6. Can I increase the number of attendees allowed in a meeting?
Currently you are allowed to up to 10 attendees per meeting.
