Using Conferencing Now
1. How do I schedule a meeting?
To schedule your meetings you would Right Click on the Conferencing Now icon [ ] in the lower right hand corner of your screen in the
systems tray and select Schedule a Meeting.
2. How do I start a scheduled meeting?
Right Click on the Conferencing Now icon on the lower right hand corner of your taskbar and select My Meetings. In My Meetings you can
view all the meetings you have schedule, but to start your meeting Select the proper Meeting and Click on Start to launch your meeting.

To change your password, you must login to
www.ConferencingNow.com and click on My Account
where you can change your password and Save Changes.
5. Can I invite with email or instant message applications?
You can elect to invite attendees by email with a unique template meeting invite opened by your default email client. Instant message
integration allows you to invite directly from your messenger.
6. How do I save chat sessions from my meetings?
By default your chat sessions are saved. You can set a default location by clicking on Tools > Preferences, and under the General Tab
click on Browse to select your location where you would like to have your chat logs saved to.
7. How do I share one single application?
To share a specific application within your web conference session, click on Select Specific Display and select which application
you want displayed to your attendees.
